Vessel registration

1. a copy of a document confirming the legality of the purchase of the vessel or confirming the legality of property rights;
2. a document confirming the technical characteristics of the vessel (can be ordered through our company);
3. documentary confirmation of the loss of the right to sail under the national flag of a foreign state or cancellation of the entry in the register of ships of a foreign state (if the vessel was previously entered in the register of ships of another state, it can be ordered through our company);
4. copies of documents certifying the identity of the vessel owner, confirming his citizenship, assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (if any), - for vessels owned by individuals; copies of constituent documents and certificates from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations - for vessels owned by legal entities; copies of documents certifying the identity of the vessel owner, assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card, certificates from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations - for vessels owned by individual entrepreneurs. 

If you are registering a vessel purchased abroad, the list of documents is as follows:

• original or copy of the invoice;
• original or copy of the customs declaration;
• purchase and sale agreement (if available);
• document on exclusion (export) of the vessel from registration abroad (for used)

*Document submission in Poland is possible

When selling movable property, income is taxed at the rate of 5% personal income tax + 1.5% military duty specified in the contract. If this first sale of movable property in a calendar year, it not taxable.

• First sale of the year - 0% tax .
• Second sale per year tax 5% (+ military levy 1.5%).
• The third and subsequent ones – 18% tax (+ 1.5% military levy).

1. Copies of documents certifying the identity of the vessel owner (passport or ID-passport), identification code.
2. A copy of the printed edition of the state media, in which an announcement about the loss of documents and their invalidation is placed (can be ordered through our company).
