Drawing up a contract for the purchase and sale of a vessel

A ship purchase and sale agreement is required to enable re-registration of the ship.

List of documents:
To execute the contract, the buyer must provide:
  • passport;
  • identification code
The seller provides:
  • passport;
  • identification code;
  • ship ticket;
  • (or) certificate of ownership and certificate of the right to sail under the state flag.
For legal entities signing the contract, the list of documents is slightly different. Additionally, the following will be required:
  • certificate of state registration or extract from the Unified State Register of State Educational Institutions (certified copy);
